With over 40 years of combined international experience, founders Walter Trezzi and Benedict Kessler have led major capital, infrastructure, chemical, energy, and oil & gas projects from first ideas through to completion.

Benedict Kessler has worked across the full project cycle, from planning and funding to execution, operations, and turning around challenging projects. He has delivered major developments in Singapore, India, and Finland, led mergers and acquisitions in the specialty chemicals sector, and built strong relationships with government and regulatory bodies. His early career included oil & gas assignments, where he worked on downstream developments. Benedict is known for his ability to bring together diverse teams, solve complex problems under pressure, and deliver results that protect value for his clients.

Walter Trezzi is currently leading the engineering of a large-scale urban infrastructure programme in the Middle East, one of the most ambitious developments in the world today. He has also spent many years in the oil & gas industry, delivering both greenfield and brownfield industrial projects such as power plants, refineries, process plants, industrial facilities and civil infrastructures. His work has taken him across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, with a focus on sustainable design, innovative engineering solutions, and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Walter and Benedict share an “owner’s mindset”, treating every project as if it were their own investment. Their commitment is clear: to deliver practical, high-quality, and sustainable outcomes, while giving clients the confidence and control they need at every step.
