With nearly 20 years of international project management and engineering experience, Walter has successfully delivered projects in smart cities, energy transformation, and industrial infrastructure. His leadership roles span global firms and mega-projects such as:

• Next-generation city infrastructure – Led engineering for NEOM’s The Line and Shushah Island in Saudi Arabia.
• Industrial facility expansions – Oversaw EPC for multiple cement plants in the Philippines.
• Energy and power generation – Directed cogeneration and heat recovery systems for ExxonMobil (Singapore) and Dow (Germany).
• Oil & Gas facilities – Coordinated multinational teams on refinery and petrochemical projects across Singapore, Germany, and Italy.

Ben Kessler

Ben brings deep expertise in cost estimation, project controls, and execution management for large industrial and specialty chemical developments across Asia and Europe. His portfolio includes:

• Refinery and petrochemical facilities – Senior PM for grassroots refinery builds in Malaysia (CDU units, associated facilities).
• Energy and utilities – Managed cogeneration plant builds from Thailand to Singapore.
• Specialty chemical production – Delivered capacity-expansion projects in Singapore, Finland, and India.
• Infrastructure for oil & gas – Led sulfur pelletizing, gas metering, and asphalt debottlenecking in Singapore.
